I have been lurking for quite a bit of time(months actually). I come back, and I decided to look at the guilds most popular RP. The demigod one. But, the subforums are EVERYWHERE. It took me a minute just to find the damn cabins. I recommend organizing them. It could take a couple hours to a couple days, depending mostly on how much your working. It would be boring repetitive work, but it would make the subforums look a lot cleaner.

The SubForums all have titles that state whether they're open or not. They all have the basic idea of the SubForum just by going by the title of the SubForum
Example:
Camp Half-Blood Areas, obviously these would be all the areas in Camp Half-Blood such as the Lake, Forest, Strawberry Feild Ect. Ect. Ect.
While the Camp Half-Blood Cabins house the cabins.
Now...when threads are posted in a lot they are bumped up. They move to the top of the list because they are more popular. The less popular ones are closer to the bottom. I do think that this is a problem but as I don't work for Gaia I am unable to fix that.
The SubForums were created from the start of the whole guild on July Fourth. Since then we've added RPs and OOC forums, Crew lounges, new RPs that are still forming. The SubForums however are unable to be moved. I've tried. The only other option is to destroy all the SubForums and start from scratch. Which means erasing thousands of posts, Role-Plays, characters and hard work that my Crew, VCs (old and new) and I put into them.
Until I hear from someone that it's possible to organize/rearrange the SubForums they will stay where they are and continue to sit there and have people RP in their muddled state.

A subforum can be moved. First you move each topic one by one to the desired subforum place holder. Then, change their names. I said specifically that it would be boring, repetitive work.
