4 paragraphs, each 75 words?
4 X 75 = 300 words per post
Thank you very much, you guys have been wonderful, but if/when this is really being put into effect, I will most likely be taking my leave. I don't have time to type that much in one sitting. I'm not even in high school. Truly, this place has been awesome and understanding, but I just can't do that every day, or more than once each day. I've never been great at typing long posts without rambling. Introduction posts are the rare exception for me. Yeah, I did pull it off for Lakota's first post, but why isn't semi-literate enough all of a sudden?
I'm truly not trying to be rude, but this announcement just annoyed me a bit too much. Maybe once I'm in high school, but not now, and most definitely not when I have things due.

Love me, hate me, My dear, I'm in high school and I barely have time to type out the paragraphs I do. And I am the type of role-player who gives what is needed, and no more. But this guild is pushing me beyond my comfort zones.
But then again I cannot relate to the not being able to type it out because your not exprencied enough. Because I write, and I think of Role-playing as writing a story where you only know one part, and the rest is a mystery.
Plus I also have the rare time to actually get online an reply. Between projects, tests, homework, friends, sports, drama, band, writing, sleeping, family, cooking, and reading. Oh and also my frequent asthma attacks due to my very very sensitive asthma. do what you will with my mind, but you'll never break me.

Maybe once I'm in high school, but not now, and most definitely not when I have things due. In truth, I didn't completely read it. However, I would be fine with simply 200 per post. It may be just me, but posting that much is not difficult, especially if you describe an emotion; i.e. instead of "he was angry" doing "his eyes narrowed, and his entire demeanor seemed to harden." Simple things like that, it can expand it. When all else fails, I suppose you could BS a post. To address the comment about semi-literacy, I apologize, but it does seem to me that the only way people become literate is if they push themselves, and those that do not push themselves to write more, they stay at semi-literacy. I am just out of high school. I haven't been RPing for more than a few years. iUberUber l33t and xX_Shining_Stars_Xx are in high school as well. I just think it may be nice for longer posts, for more to reply to. Whether you think it's drawing it out or not, the more that there is to reply to, the better and more fluid a post becomes. It's the little things that help the other RPers.

Or you can do what many do, and describe the environment around you. You can even bring up past memories in your post. That's when you get really creative. :3
