So as everyone knows, this series has two versions. There's the older one (that has a decent helping of fanservice while still maintaining a wonderful plot) and the newer one that doesn't include so many clothes-ripping sneezes and seems to focus more on the "magic" aspect of the show. I can't offer much on the second, having only seen one episode. But I know the first one pretty well.
I don't know about you all, but the episode about Sayo's backstory makes me cry every time I watch it. Then I had to go and reread a fic about it...I cried and cried.
So come on, who else here knows it?
