North Clearwater River
The river flows alongside several of the camps. The water appears very clean, but most people boil it to be sure. Another use for the water is to wash clothes, as much as it works. It's no Maytag, but it's worth something.

☁ ϨϮoʀϻ Ɍuɴɴiɴɢωoɭϝ ☁ʺI ϻɑʏ ʙɘ ɑ Ϯωiɴ ʙuϮ I'ϻ oɴɘ oϝ ɑ ӄiɴd.ʺ A pale blonde haired boy strolled up to the river side, his hands in his pockets. Blowing a stream of air from his mouth he watched as his bangs that once been in his eyes flew up before landing almost exactly in the same place that had been before. Sighing softly to himself, Storm gave up on trying to lazily move the bangs from his face and instead pulled out one of his hands and brushed the hair away.
Stopping at the edge of the water, he watched as it rippled down the way, almost in a calming motion. Looking up at the sky, Storm wondered were his dear twin was at the moment, seeing as she wasn't following after him as she usually did. It was rather refreshing to not have her follow his every step. Looking down, he looked for anyone else that may be around before he sat himself down on the ground and crossed his legs indian style so he could simply stare at the water.
His mind wondering as it did at times, he found himself rethinking about the past, before everything went to hell. How much he relied on his sister. How much she took care of him, something she still did even now. Placing his elbows on his knees, he laid his chin in the palms of his hands while he allowed his eyes to close.Where: River || Speaking to: N/A || Doing: Sitting || Wearing: Attire OOC: Sorry this isn't as neat or as long as I usually would do my post. Anca and the man found their way to the river, and already she was insisting the cut on her forehead wasn't that bad. She tried to see the cut in the reflection of the river, but the current rippled the water so. The man mumbled something about getting a bandage from the Medic and ran off back toward the camp.
Anca was left kneeling next to the water, cupping small puddles of water in her hand, trying to rub away the blood on her face. After a second, she blinked hard, and turned her face toward the other man sitting near the river, her hands resting on her knees in front of her. Some watered down blood ran across her face as she stared at him, "Hey," Anca said, attempting to be casually and somewhat sarcastically chipper. "You live in this camp up the hill?"

Blinking his eyes open, his emerald green eyes turned toward the source which happened to be a girl. It seemed she had a wound of some sort, seeing as he could softly see blood tinted water coming her face.
"Yep sure do." he said with a wide grin that could have covered half his face if it had been humanly possibly. Tilting his head to the side he stared at her face questionably. "Your bleeding you know." Though he was sure she knew, Storm figured he best tell her anyways.Where: River || Speaking to: Anca || Doing: Sitting || Wearing: Attire OOC: . . .

Anca nodded slowly, "Yeaaaah," she drug her word out quietly, boldly watching him positively beam. He had an awesome smile she thought absently. Anca pushed some jet black hair away from her face with an arm to avoid spreading water and blood through her hair by hand. She shook her hands off and stood upright. "Well at least now I know where not to stay," she smiled slightly, looking into the surrounding trees, almost considering that statement valid, hands now resting on her hips.

Letting his grin fade to a soft smile he blew at his annoying bangs as they once more fell into his face, only to give up as they feel back into place. Noticing the girl was standing up, he looked through his hair up at her as she spoke. His smile falling completely from his lips he huffed slightly, causing a sound of almost a grunt come from him.
"And what makes you think that?" he asked curiously as he raised an eyebrow at her statement. Uncrossing his legs Storm pushed himself up to his feet, stretching his arms above his head causing a soft pop to admit from his lower back. Sighing softly in relief, he slipped his hands into the pockets of his jeans as he moved his gaze from the girl to the river once more.Where: River || Speaking to: Anca || Doing: Sitting//Standing || Wearing: Attire OOC: . . .

Smiling a crooked grin, letting one hand motion widely to the camp up the hill, she spoke definitely "I haven't even walked into the camp yet, and already someone from the camp has bashed me in," her smile grew a little. Anca touched her fingertips to her forehead to check for bleeding. If the bleeding had stopped, it was going again now. She chuckled, dabbing at it with a scrap bit of material from her pocket. "Unbelievable," she muttered under her breath, laughing quietly.

"Well, you aren't from around here and I bet you were sneaking around so I don't blame someone for bashing your head in. If I didn't know what was near me I would have done the same thing, especially if I thought it as a threat." he said crossing his arms behind his head as he raised a brow.
"I assure you though, seeing as that I can tell your not a zombie you'll do perfectly fine among the main camp." he said with a reassuring smile that faultered as he noticed her dabbing at her wound on her head. "Your bleeding again. Do you want to go and get a bandage?"Where: River || Speaking to: Anca || Doing: Standing || Wearing: Attire OOC: . . .

Anca looked away absently, "I should be fine. I'm going to head up to the camp. Have a look around." She turned to begin walking away, a hand holding the scrap material to her forehead, applying pressure. Suddenly she stopped, looking confused for a moment before she turned back toward the man, taking a step closer to him, "What's your name?" She squinted, attempting to be casual.

"Oh, my name is Storm Runningwolf." he said, his smile growing to flash his teeth briefly before they became recovered by his lips as he scratched the top of his head gently over his hat.Where: River || Speaking to: Anca || Doing: Standing || Wearing: Attire OOC: Mine's no better DX. . .

Anca nodded once, looking away, her lips forming the word 'oh,' silently. Without offering her own name she turned and walked toward camp where, hopefully, she wouldn't pass as one of the undead again.
A cold breeze ruffled the leaves on the ground and pushed Anca's jet black hair back over her shoulder. She missed her brother. Her family. Her life. She tried to hold onto the fanciful idea that maybe, just maybe, they were still alive out there, looking for her. Though she was continents away. Surely she would never see them again, but she held onto the thought. It helped keep her sane. These thoughts passed quickly and briefly through her mind, though her face showed no sign of sorrowful thoughts such as these.

He wasn't well mannered himself, but he wouldn't have simply walked off without given his name back. Pulling his hat off he scatched as his head before he jogged after her.
"You know, when you ask someone there name, it's kind of nice to give your own instead of walking off." he stated as he pulled back on his hat. Pushing his bangs to the side he began scanning the land for his twin Sunshine as usual. It had became a habit ever since this epidemic happened, not wanting to lose what family he had left.Where: River || Speaking to: Anca || Doing: Walking || Wearing: Attire OOC: Sorry, been busy. . .

Anca looked at him, her eyes partially squinted as she tried to comprehend his language. Her near-black eyes wandered upward, as if searching her mind for a thought, shrugged her shoulder, looked back at him and said, "You didn't ask." She smiled crookedly and continued up the hill. After a few feet she stopped and turned as if to ask if he was coming, but instead said, "It's Anca... Anca Niculaie." Her smile toned down to a smirk as she continued to wait for him. Her twin wasn't here, so it was nice to have a friend.

ROBINRobin stepped carefully as she walked down the rocky path that lead to the river. She had almost reached the bottom, when she slipped on a moss covered rock and fell. "Ow..." She whined, and almost started crying, but she sucked it up and pulled herself up. She walked over to the edge of the river and sat with her knees against her chest, looking out over the water. She thought about Corina, who had mysteriously gone missing a day ago. No one had told Robin what happened to her friend after she ran off from the mansion, so she worried about her and the baby.

ROBINIt was pitch black down by the river. Robin sat on the rocks, pondering her future. Before the outbreak, when she was in school, she was fast-tracking her way to a successful life and career. Her prep-school provided her with enough credits to enter college a year early. But looking back on it now, she saw her ambitions as a waste of time. If only she had known the world would end, she would have gone to parties like her sister, and lived her life the way everyone else did, instead of keeping her nose inside a book. Her mind was elsewhere, swimming through regrets, so she didn't hear the foot steps coming from behind her. She couldn't see anything in the dark except the reflection of the moon in the river ahead of her. Suddenly, the hair on the back of her neck stood on end and she got a shiver. She was pulled back to reality by a sharp yank on her arm. She turned and opened her mouth to scream, but nothing came out. The zombie, who looked to be a female, pulled on her arm, drawing Robin closer to it. Robin reached around. She wished she had bothered to bring a weapon, or at least know how to use one. The zombie pulled her, and opened it's rotting mouth. It went into bite her hand, but Robin had grabbed a heavy rock and smashed it on top of it's head. The first time she hit hard enough for the rock to break completely through the skull. She yanked her hand away quickly and crawled backwards, panting heavily. Her heart felt as if it would explode in her chest at any minute.
