Already said, but V, the other main character, and the one she was talking about, was played by Hugo Weaving, the guy who played Agent Smith in the Matrix movies.

Yea, he also played Red Skull in Captain America and he voices Megatron in the Transformers movies.
Yea, I saw Natalie Portman as Isabel in Your Highness as well.
