Races:
Indians~ Yea, we all know (or should if you've ever read the original play/book) that the creator of Peter Pan was kinda raciest. The Indians are a great proof to this claim. In Neverland however, They are a nation of strong willed, strong bodied, kind hearted peoples. Since the death of Peter, however, they have secluded themselves from the chaos of the Lostboys war and factioning, though they may still trade with some LB tribes.
Pixies~ You remember tink right? Easy to make jealous, easier to piss of. This is the usual pixie. They come in both genders and are all mischievous. After the death of Pan, they have been hunted to near extinction by Hook and his Pirates. The few who remain rarely trust humans and never leave the safety of the Neverwood forest.
Merfolk~ Dangerous and stunningly beautiful. Singing to lore you in and drowned you in the same breath. Hook deemed these stunning creatures to dangerous for his waters and they were all hunted and chased away. Word has it that there might still be one or two lurking in the murky waters of Marooners' Rock.

Roles:
Lost boys~ Or girls. These orphans and lost children no longer carry the innocence inside their hearts. Forced into the harsh reality as they buried their beloved leader Peter, they each began to fight among each other until war broke out resulting in small tribes and factions.
Pirates~ Hooks men, and people of the newly founded Port Town.
