Not sure how I feel about the Mayors. They could be a hindrance if nothing gets played in a turn or against Werewolf decks. The worm coil also seems out of place. Adding another Fiend Hunter or two might help out. It would allow for your Oblivion Rings to be used on more non creature problems. Otherwise the deck looks good over all.
