Located near the coast in the northern region of Hokkaido, Japan, this maximum security prison is also a historical monument that is over a hundred years old. It was once used to incarcerate Japan's most dangerous criminals as well as political offenders. Forced labour have taken the life of many until such treatment of criminals is abolished.

This area has been branded as dangerous due to its high concentration of hollow. Surprisingly enough, said hollows have rarely shown interest in nearby pluses.
