Phase 3: Some if not all threads will be cleared and recreated as part
of the cleanup and revamping process.

Phase 4: There will be an idea and complaint forum started so we can
hear your problems or ideas.

Phase 5: There will be an Rp sample required for all new comers from
this day forth. NO ONE IS TO BE LET IN WITHOUT AN RP SAMPLE!!!
OR ANY OTHER BULLSHIT EXCUSE ABOUT THEM JOINING BECAUSE
HALLOWEEN IS THEIR FAVORITE HOLIDAY AND THAT TYPE OF
SIMPLE s**t!!!!

Phase 6: There will be a guild fee implemented for all new comers.
If they're gona come in here and not post at least they're putting money
into the guild account.
