i clicked on a weather thing my dad has on the computer and well it should clear by later tonight even though it is raining heavy right now , you only have 1 thunder cell to deal with after this and it's over with, so by like 8 pm your time you should be dry again
so you can probably still go trick or treating
were dry here in cali and in the mid 70's and surprisingly it is similar in temp in nevada and utah , but the whole western us is dry as can be
