What type of rank structure is this guild using? I noticed a promotion went from PVT to SGT.
If it was the Marine Corps he would have had to have gone through 4 other ranks to get there. The same with the army. So is there more than one enlisted rank? What happens when you get a meritorious promotion from SGT?

we have 2 do our missions right and pluse we need missions to gets ranked
