Please post some ways that you think we will be able to revive this guild. Also I will use this form to take roll, and see who is active. Even if you don't have any ideas at the moment please post so we can see that you still play gaia. We will also use this information to clean out the members list. I will send a message to those who are in jeopardy of getting kick, they have two weeks to respond or they will be kicked

hey violeness biggrin i thought it was izzy who sent that message out, yea you beat me to it i was going to suggest contests but i know izzy is having a hard time getting gold herself so im not sure how contests would work.......
something one of my charity guilds does is they have members donate items to the guild mule (they are a charity thats what they do) and those items become the prizes for contests and usually they are high end prizes like a chance item or a chance prize that someone wasnt happy with getting.
i was also in another thread that died out a while back who got people to stick around because all of the regular people were entered into a lotto and the winner got the months letter

>I know that for a lot of members, being an "07" doesn't mean anything to them until Spirit Week rolls around... That said, I know for a fact that I was the only one here for a long time, just bumping in the "bump" forum >< BUT, Varlot has had plans rolled around for a Winter Spirit Week, so, we should begin to marshall our members around November, but I think for now, things are going to just be the way they are. It's hard to find dedicated members, and even harder for those members to stay active as their lives get busier, i.e, like myself xD

How about we try a raffle? Win things weekly or for those who rarely show, friends can contact each other anyway possible

I think we shouldn't kick members out. Last spirit week a few of our members wouldn't have even known GSW was going on if they hadn't received the announcements I sent through the mule.
Edit: i think we should still do activities and like, whoever wants to join em can join em. like mike said, some people are only around for GSW, but to be fair that event is during the summer when most people have time to do the events, where as these odd months we have school, work, etc. Idk, I just don't really see the point of removing these members :s

We could hold a homecoming-esque Spirit Week lead up?
We do Summer Spirit Week, but why not a Winter one culminating in a "dance"? We can even get the others years in on it and set up a "homecoming game" for that afternoon?

A fun interesting contest would be nice to get peoples attentions. Just thik of a cool theme to ceter it around. And maybe the prize can be something like avi art or a sign, something that necessarily won't cost any gold. Just gotta see if anyone wants to take the time to draw an avi for a prize.

The mule has some gold on it. We could use to start off with.
I saw we can start by having a Halloween avi contest. Or something like that. Also sega we quit kicking people. And hey I help send those out too sad

The Maharani is present! I agree with the simple avi contest idea. I also really like snow-kitten's idea (though it may take a bit of time and effort). And having posting game-type threads would be good to just keep people involved; something more than bumping. ^^
