This is looking for a roleplay, so if you're looking to create a roleplay kind of put down what you're looking for, what you would like, what you think would work, same if you want to create one. A moderator will attend to your thread as soon as possible and discuss it with you.
For those looking for 1x1 RP's, again, post your own thread what rp's you're looking for or what you would like to do. It's your choice whether to have them pm you or post in the same thread. Personally, I like them sending me a pm because it keeps the thread clean.
