It's back ground is in a post-apocaliptic world where wolves were thought to be extinct, but actually the disguised themselves to look like humans, and live among them, the plot focuses on a pack of 4 wolves who are on the search for paradise (bacisly a heaven that only wolves can enter)

It's back ground is in a post-apocaliptic world where wolves were thought to be extinct, but actually the disguised themselves to look like humans, and live among them, the plot focuses on a pack of 4 wolves who are on the search for paradise (bacisly a heaven that only wolves can enter) I can't help but think of "All Dogs Go to Heaven"...XD -goes to read the full story on Wikipedia- Ooh, so Cheza's this Flower Maiden they're all searching for. I gotcha. WOW, that's one wretched ending. I don't think I want to watch this series anymore.

Hmmmm, whats the diffrence? I think she means to say that love stories that make you cry or more upbeat stories, but I do agree Wolf's Rain is VERY good but it's also VERY sad >.< You really can't help but cry at the end! I recommed this anime, it's one of my top anime favorites. But, again, if you don't like the sad/depressing animes...still watch it XD
