You know whats a shame? How the Mages Guild is gone for the College of Winterhold.
The Mages Guild which was modernized by Vanus Galerion the Mystic revolutionized Magicka for all of Tamriel in the Second Era. Before him Magicks where reserved for aristocrats and those of noble birth, under his leadership he reformed the guild to offer spells, potions and enchantry to the open public to secure funds for the guild since they recieved no money from Summerset Isles rulership before they spread into Colovia and the other provinces. He also did battle with Mannimarco and won however they couldn't completely do away with the Necromancy practitioners. So what has the College of Winterhold achieved in terms of the practice of magicka for the general public or good of Tamriel?
I hear you! Also, emphasizing on Mannimarco, if anyone ever played the second series to Elder Scrolls they would
know that it was no easy task. And to have the man who defeated age and time and
came back to instill terror into the Cyrodillic heart of man, defeated by the enchanted hands of today's guild of mages is simply incredible. I solute all those have been able defeat Mannimarco with the game at
increased difficulty. Mannimarco was no mere hedge mage. He is a force to be reckoned. But thanks to the power of the player's devotion to magick, Mannimarco
was a force to be reckoned.
