I've been accepting a handful of join requests when a request who did not use the form is requesting to join our guild. And I declined it, I'm hesitating for a bit... but I decided to decline it eek ...
That's what's supposed to be done, right? sweatdrop
And are there any particular rules, besides the form, that I should look unto before deciding to accept them or not? redface

you dont even do anything with them and you can let the other mods deal with them
xDD when I decline them, i sent a pm to fill it out correctly. but i only done that once because i liked her name :]
