I'd have to say that I especially enjoy chicken. It's so versatile and can be seasoned/marinated with a variety of spices and oil. You can use it in just about everything and it'll still taste good!
Out of my different types of food, I'd say I prefer Mexican. Sometimes it can back me up a little, if you know what I mean, but I just love the taste and variety in the food. I love just about any fajita, the rice and sauces are always to die for, and I especially enjoy tamales, quesadillas, enchilladas. I can eat loads of just those foods alone, haha. Maybe I just have a think for tortillas, who knows.
