Story of my life: I fell in love with a guy who had just gotten out of the last war. His girlfriend left him after he came back and I thought he was amazing. He was kind and gentle... I fell in love immediately, he wanted to turn me into a vampire and I thought that if I let him, we would be together forever. It wasn't long after that he got bored of me and was the complete opposite of what he was when we first met. It hurt me deeply. I can never get back my humanity and it hurts. I went back to school to become a teacher and that kind of stuck. I've been teaching for four years now, I got a bit of an early start. If I don't get the job at Halloween Academy, I don't know what I'm going to do...

Story of my life: I wanted to go to a school that would accept me after years of my peers telling me that I acted different and looked different. I asked my parents if I could come to this boarding school and they seemed relieved. I think that I am a burden on my family. I have a younger brother, Tai. He's normal and fits in at school, the only thing that holds him back from making friends at school is me. I was born to a middle-class family and right away, people knew that I was different. I didn't do what normal children do, or so I'm told... Whatever normal is.
