The wind is blowing, the sun's unforgiving rays beat down on the barren landscape. In this land is a town, the only evidence that anyone has ever lived there. A breeze sends another wave of hot air and sand, smoothing the remains of a once thriving town. To the East only about a quarter of a mile away is a dried up river. To the North and West are towns that surround the desert like a border. And to the South is uncharted desert no man dear explore... or so one might think.

Aki was sitting on top of the remains of a building that were sticking out of the ground. She was wearing a black dress that was swimming on her. It had some intricate lace and stunning embroidery on it. With her legs crossed she sat talking to her stuffed bear she called 'Bunny'. What she was talking about wasn't really important but it had something to do with toothpaste. All-in-all she seemed out of place in this landscape.

In the distance a ball of dust could be seen charging the dead town. It was someone in a jeep heading ever closer. By the looks of itthe jeep was new and whomever was driving it knew just where they were going. After fifteen minutes it reached the town and from the driver seat emerged a blonde adonis.
He was wearing a olive-green tank top, camo cargo pants and black boots. His long blonde hair blew in the wind until he tamed it in a ponytail. Walking to the back of the jeep he took out a shovel. Ciro looked above human being so friendly looking even though he was very tall with solid muscles.

Aki looked at the man curiously wondering why someone other then her would want to come to a place like this. It had seemed he hadn't noticed her so she stood and slowly made her way to the man Bunny in hand. Being very quiet she went around the jeep to ended up right in front of him. After staring at him for a few second she asks "Why is your hair so long, mister?"

When Ciro found a lone girl standing before him he hadn't a clue on what to do. "Umm..." He said before she asked her question. "My hair? Oh, its because I look better like this." Ciro gave her a smile and reached into the back of his jeep to get a shovel. After one last glance at the girl he started to walk off with his shovel.

After asking that odd and spontaneous question she watched him for a while as he walked away. Then having nothing better to do she followed him. Catching up to him she says "My name is Aki and this is Bunny," Upon saying the bear's name she hold him "oh, and he says hi." She has the bear wave at him.

Ciro slowed to a stop and planted the shovel in the ground well Aki spoke. Feeling perplexed he answered. "Hello..." He said and waved back to bunny. "I'm Ciro Dasha. Sooo, why are you here, isn't anyone watching you?" A look of worry came over his face.

"Of course I have someone watching me, and that would Bunny." She said smiling at him. "And you at the moment." She knelt down and played with the sand. "As for why I am I here, not even I know the answer to that. I guess I just like it here." She draw what looks like a some sort of picture. The best way to describe it would be a map of some sort, with pictures instead of borders and land masses.

"Bunny, and I?" Ciro stammered in disbeleif. kneeling down he asked Aki a question. "Would you like some water to drink. I brought lots with me." His dig would have to wait until he made sure Aki was out of any real danger.

"A drink? Why would I need a drink? There is a water not too far from here." She said pointing at the wavy lines an tree like things that she had drawn in the sand. By this it would seem she know the area better then he did.

"Hmm!?" Ciro stood quickly and looked at what she drew. "I see, so wheres your house?" He continued to probe for evidence of someone else who was taking care of her.

Aki stood up and walked around a bit then when she found a spot she though was correct she placed a house there. "Right here." She exclaimed. The house was about 20 steps away from her original drawing. "Why do you ask such silly questions?" she asked not taking into account this man know near nothing about her and that her first question she asked him was quite silly as well.

"I-I see, well I'm done here." His left eye flickered as he spoke in shock. "So does your mommy or daddy know your out here?" Her answer wouldn't be much of a shock. Ciro was going to bring her home and come back right after he got his answer.

Aki walked back to Ciro and answered like any other question. "I don't think my parents know where I am. In fact I don't know where they, I haven't known as long as I can remember..." She paused for a second kinda wishing she know where they were, "but my uncle does know I am in this region of the world."
