Fae/Amnesia RP - OOC and planning

So, I'm not really sure what an RP request thread is supposed to be like and this RP doesn't even have a real name, so this is gonna be really informal, at least at first.

Tynan, Alois and I had been planning for a while to do an RP about the characters we're cosplaying as. (Tynan and I are OCs, so chances are you don't know them.) We might be able to fit other people in if more want to join, but I haven't asked any of the other players about it, so I'm not completely sure. It would probably be easier if new people play as humans, since our version of faeries is a bit bizarre, but it you really want to be one we might be able to work something out.

Setting: The town Alois is from (mind telling me where that is, Alois? all I know is it's in France), a couple years before Justine met the suitors

Plot: Tynan and Niamh keep getting in each others' way, so their superiors decided that making them live together for a while would be a good team-building exercise. (Probably they've been told they're being sent to Earth for a "vacation".) They run into Alois somewhere, and he starts hitting on one of them. Once they get to know each other, Niamh decides that Alois would make a nice pet. Alois probably disagrees.

I'm using the "Document" post style (post style can be changed with the dropdown at the bottom left of where you type your post) for character sheets, posts with a lot of setting info, etc. to make them stand out so it'll be easier to reference them later. If you're planning to join, post a character sheet or a placeholder for one when you see this thread - it'll be easier to find them later if they're near the beginning of the thread. (Character sheet doesn't have to be like mine, I just kinda wrote random stuff |'D)

Race: faerie

Sex: female

Age: "teenager" (probably under 150 years)

Alignment: lawful good

Occupation: odd jobs, usually not in Avalon

Social Status: Among fae, very low ranking. In this RP, she's pretending to be an upper class human.

Appearance: My avatar will match her glamour while the RP is going on. (I'll post a picture if it doesn't.) She looks like a young human when in public on Earth, but will sometimes have animal parts when no humans are around to see. Her real body looks like a sickly, emaciated version of her female human glamour, but you'll probably never see that, since fae don't like to be naked.

Sexual orientation, gender identity, etc.: Asexual. It's hard to say much about her romantic orientation, since she hasn't quite figured out the distinction between romance and friendship. Considers herself female, but will sometimes use male glamours for practical reasons.

Personality: She tends to come off as nice, but extremely socially awkward. (Most fae seem awkward or eccentric to humans, but she's awkward with other fae, too. More on that in the "other" section.) Likes to be in charge, but hardly ever is because she's young and low ranking. Avoids conflict when possible. Sometimes does really stupid things because of momentarily forgetting how physics works.

Other:

- Tynan and Niamh don't get along, and have a way of running into each other at really bad times, like when they're both supposed to be working.

- She has a mental disability called anthropism. The brain chemistry of a fae's body usually changes a bit when the fae starts using the body, but in her case, it didn't change in the normal way. (It's suspected that this happens because something went wrong when the fae started using the body, or the body had a brain abnormality to begin with.) Anthropics tend to take things literally and not notice subtleties like gestures and tone of voice. They're more aware of their own emotions than other fae, and have a better understanding of emotions in general, but sometimes misinterpret other peoples'. Anthropism doesn't cause retardation, but fae still regard anthropics as "simple".

- She's a bit of a pyromaniac, but tries to avoid playing with fire too much because of some bad experiences when it got out of hand.

- She likes wandering around in prisons. She'll usually make herself invisible first to avoid trouble with the guards.

- She's never had a pet before, but has wanted one for a while. Usually someone talks her out of it whenever she tries to get one.
