It kind of is. . . Its about a world within ours, hidden so only some may see. Those who see it see a world of perfection, no death, no sadness, no disease, no war, everything is perfect.
Those that see that world, however, can only think of it. They think on it so much it interferes with their health and well being. It makes people do harmful things to either themselves or others because they wish for their world to be the same. I was gonna add in brief intervals where characters went to the perfect world along with my own NPCs I, and, if enough people joined, others would control.
