Personality: Nero is a calm, collected, and twisted individual. He can be kind to those he deems worthy...Which is rare. He will spare your life, but only for your soul.
Powers: Nero is half undead, so killing him is VERY difficult. (Though tissue damage still applies)
He also can use his violin for necromantic magic ((Manipulation over the lines between life and death, allowing him to raise,control, and change the dead.)) and nethermancy((Which allows him to control Shadows and darkness, bending it to his will)). He also holds power over fire and can create it at will.
History: Born in Rome, I was not told of my origins but after the death my mother I went to live with my father, Hades, for the last few years. My father taught me to play the violin and battle strategy. Combat training was given to me by fallen heroes trapped in Tartarus, their torture postponed for the course of my training. Often I visited my mother, though she was not a women of virtue and was only free during my visits. My father grew tired of me, he sent me to the surface to create chaos. And to bring my father's reign of terror over earth, placed as the head of his father's business on earth Nero has lead a campaign to promote hell using it as a more common religion and a LARGE advertising campaign. Including billboards, children's cartoons, products, bars, seven different kinds of night clubs, and even a small country in the gulf of Mexico.
