Bio: Due to bullying when she was still very young, Elvira never really liked talking to people. So instead of talking to children from the city, she would frequently try to sneak into the dragon's den, and she often succeeded in this. In there, she could sit for hours drawing all the pokémon and surroundings.
When she turned ten, her parents took her on a holiday to Unova, where she ran off into the mountains to draw. There, she met an Oshawott who was left behind by it's trainer. She started drawing it, while it was sitting, and soon, the Oshawott tried to copy her by drawing in the sand. When her parents found her there, Elvira convinced them to let her take the Oshawott with her.
Even after this, she still didn't talk to the other kids in the town often, but sat with her Oshawott, which she'd named Mimi. She never enjoyed fighting with her pokémon, but just wanted to be friends and meet all the pokémon in the world. Her parents decided she should talk to other people more, and they sent her to Arceus Academy.
