Okay, this is something that has been bothering me a little bit. Personally to me if I were to just join a squad and my captain wasn't always active and I really wanted the squad ability, it would be annoying to have to just go through and learn it after a course of a few days.
Now my idea is to basically have an instant learn of a squad ability if members choose to instant learn it. This way we make things more convenient for members that are having a hard time just waiting to learn something such as a squad ability, and that can often make them view this guild as very inactive and they will quit.
Now on another point we can also have it set up still that when members actually want to go through the training, they can just choose so to have it that way. This will give members a deeper feeling of freedom of choice often making people feel happier. This will also make things more fun for them when they can just quickly use their squad ability.

I vote yes because I have seen this and I think that this particular rule would do the guild good.

I will vote yes on this, but would like to say one thing. Please do not let this extend further than squads. That is my only request.

Since this thread was posted about 7 days ago it has received 2 votes for yes, I would like more votes and opinions on the matter, but if one more is not received by tomorrow then this will be automatically accepted by the rules of the time limit.

I tend to already do this really. I don't have the patience to train someone in the squad ability since most people think it would be fighting and not just sitting there and well...pretty much meditating lol So i'll vote yes for this.

I was not aware of this, as I thought squad abilities were already this way. So... I was already doing it. Go for it. x3

I vote yes on this for its easier for them to just have it then learn it. Maybe later we can apply this again but for now, change it
