Omgosh I cant begin to think straight or type in depth commentary paragraphs! emotion_jawdrop Just too many questions whirling around in my head. To high light several:
♦ Bobby's House.... they burnt Bobby's house. I cant believe that. I wasn't expecting that..everything just gone. I feel saddened. It reminded me of the Road House burning...
♦Where the heck is Bobby!! Where is HE!? I cant take the suspense.
♦Those freaken organ-eating lizards !! How on earth are they gonna kill these things? All they do is bleed black ooze and reanimate.
♦NONONO they cant go the hospital where the Leviathan MD's work! This cant get any worst.
♦Sam's a complete mess... he's gonna get someone hurt with all these hallucinations.
♦And the biggest question of all, did they just kill Cas off in a very lame way? They sure are implying his"vessel" exploded in the water reserve which knocks out any chances of his conscience existing somewhere. gonk ♦But they keep talking about a big boss so somehow I think maybe this Leviathan boss has inhabited Cas old body...or is in there with him. Maybe that's wishful thinking though?
I cant take this crying *pulls out hair* This episode has you on edge by the end. I know that much.

Ok. A nit-pick from last night. When the EMT's showed up to haul Sam and Dean to the hospital, um... DIDN'T THEY SEE THE FRIGGIN DEAD BODY UNDER THE CAR? OR THE OOZE? OR ANYTHING????????? Uhg. That drove me INSANE.
Anyway, if that was Cas' death, then I have officially lost all hope in this show. The only shred of light I got left is that maybe, just maybe, they are planning on bringing Cas back somehow (hence why they didn't actually SHOW his body exploding). But seriously. Why do the writers keep doing this to us? What did we do to deserve this? I mean, last night, even with Bobby missing, his house burned down, and Sam going crazy, the only thing this fandom could concentrate on was CASTIEL. No one even gave a crap about the rest. I mean, TAKE A ******** HINT GUYS. Bring him back. We don't care about the rest, because we all know Sam and Dean can't friggin die, and will pull through anything.
Also, I think this episode should have just been been titled "101 ways to make Dean miserable". I mean, let's take a look at all the things they did to the poor guy in the span of like, 24 hours: 1. They made his brother totally ******** insane, with no hope on how to fix it. 2. They killed his best friend, and took away basically all chances of resurrecting him. 3. They hid Bobby (we all know he's safe, but it sure scared Dean) 4. They burned down the only real home Dean has ever known. 5. And they broke his friggin leg. His driving leg too. Ouch.
(also, about that, lol, after all the falls from buildings, all the car accidents, all the slamming through walls and into objects, THAT'S what broke his leg? REALLY SHOW? You make me laugh)
The best thing about this episode was Lucifer, honestly. Mark didn't fail to entertain *smishes his evil little self*
Uhg, ACKLES SAFE THIS ******** TRAIN WRECK PLEASE. I'M COUNTING ON YOU NEXT WEEK.

I really hope his body is just somewhere. But then, if he's still in the body, why didn't the trench come off? sad

So the writers are pissing me off! Argh! Leading me to believe there’s no more Castiel is driving me nuts. Though, I do know that the actor has family to be worried about so I’m not too mad if they keep going this way. I think there’s still a reason why Dean kept the trench coat. I don’t think it’d be just for sentimental (or as some would say homoerotic reasons).
I think at the end of the season there will be that all to amazing moment when a favorite character comes back…in this case Castiel (Misha) will put that trench coat back on and we’ll have our angel again. If it doesn’t go this way I’ll understand, but I’ll have to take a couple to recover. Also making me think that Bobby is dead is just as evil! Of course the writers take them Sam and Dean to the Sioux Falls hospital. Great. Irony much?
And as for the Cas thing again, I didn't think about that we hadn't seen the body explode...also the Edgar leviathan seems to be second-hand to some higher up....Also I agree with the whole not noticing the dead body under the car. There's lots of unrealistic things that drive me nuts, but I suppose they want you to suspend complete disbelief!
I'm gonna go back a bit and just say I get irritated when I watch the Sam Hain episode...the woman stands in her kitchen and screams with a baby in her arms instead of putting the baby back in the highchair calmly going over to her husband to even see if he's still alive...god, I wouldn't just stand there and scream...sorry, that particular episode with that scene gets me every time. Unnecessary screaming if you ask me. All woman won't just stand there and scream over a dead body.

I think the big boss is Cas and that's what Sam, Dean (I firmly believe Bobby is still alive) and Bobby will go after. Of course first they have to figure out what harms these things. My thing is, why did God (according to their lore) create such a beast and is it possible that it can destroy angels? I mean, I thought, angels (according to the show's lore) were heaven's ultimate weapons the archangels being the most fierce...makes me wonder...they're really throwing me for a loop!!

I really didn't think about that because I'm trying to remain calm about the disappearance of Cas's body...Oh, Dean is totally scared, totally not fine. I think that's what most of us like about him anyway. He's always thinking about everyone else, even though he can come off cocky and arrogant. He's always worried about others before his own life. Has been like that since season 1. Though, you are right this episode did seem to affect Dean horribly!!

I refuse to believe this is the end of Castiel. Seriously, I'm hanging on to the hope that they've just led us to believe that he's dead. The only actual "proof" we have, is his trenchcoat, which actually doesn't mean anything. Maybe I'm in denial, but until we have proper, solid proof that he's dead, I'm not believing it. Cas is a major character, I mean come on, he can't just go out like that. I know last season and this season seem a little off compared to the others and we're wondering what the eff kind of drugs the writers are on, but really, would they be THAT stupid? Surely they know how much the fandom loves Cas. We didn't even see any wings and come on, if he's actually dead, surely we deserve even that for proof? Nope. Nope, I refuse to believe it right now.
Although seriously guys I don't agree with the whole Castiel is the only thing we care about thing. This our show, have we just forgotten to love everything within it or? I mean yes everything to do with Cas is devastating don't get me wrong and I'm weeping and hoping just as much as the next fan, but don't we care about Dean and what he's going through? Sam? Bobby's effing house burning down? Seriously when that happened I actually screamed in agony, it was horrible. And I have to say, which is probably predictable coming from me but even though I have so many creys for Sammy and him going batsh*t crazy, Lucifer is a badass and oh my god I love him so much and I just pray that he sticks around for longer. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH.
I mean, I'm just saying, until we have proper, solid, definite proof that Castiel is dead, I'm not giving up hope. And I'm definitely not giving up on this show. I'll admit it's went downhill compared to other seasons but this show is A+ and it always will be. I love the storylines, the cast, the friends I've made because of it, and seriously guys, it makes me so sad to see that you're thinking of giving up on the whole thing. We're on episode two of season seven, come on. It's just starting, wait and see what the rest of the season has to offer. This is our show. Our friendships and what not, happened because of this show! Don't just give up! Maybe it's just me, but this show means way too much to me to just give up that easily.

I don't think I took in much of this episode, mostly because the first five minutes killed me completely. It hurt me so much.
Also, I never thought I'd find a lamer death than an exploding tumor, I just did. Supernatural actually beat Stargate Atlantis in the lame death stakes and I'm in total awe. Seriously.
All I really took from this episode was the fact that the leviathans are crazy scary, Dean is FAR more broken up about Castiel than he ever wanted to let on and Sera obviously believes that he can't have anything even remotely nice in his life. What the hell is she doing to this show.
Also, the viewing figures are really low this season so far, really low. Given that the drop happened with the realisation that Cas was most likely a gonner the reason should be pretty clear. Apparently people are still scratching their heads about it all though.

Yea Punky, Dean did pick up Cas trenchoat. I was wondering if he has it somewhere, for sentimental reasons you know? Folded neatly somewhere in his pile of things. That would be really sweet.
But yea l'm with Artiz, I think the boss is using Cas' body as well. They just want us to think he's gone but they never really showed it so it leaves it open. And I love your idea of a fantastic moment in the show of Cas returning and getting handed his trenchcoat.

I get what you are saying. I was saying a bit of the same thing when me and Temi were talking.
I love Cas' character dearly, but when it boils down to it, yes this show is still about two brothers and their journey. And even if the writing gets really crappy and all this depressing stuff happens that we dont like, or even if Cas is truly dead (Dear God forbid, *crosses every part of my body possibly cross-able*) despite it all I could never give up on the show. I have to see how their journey ends. We all owe it that much you know?
I think everything got un-enthusiastic regarding the show at the beginning of last season when Sara got on board. I dont know if it was psychological partly since Kripke wasnt head as usual, or due to the fact that the show really did feel different, but since then it's kinda went downhill. *sighs*

LOL I dint think of that cuz I was too caught up in the show, but you're right, what a plot whole, either that or the EMT is half blind.
Omgosh I know poor dean everything and everyone around him was falling apart. He had to worry about everything at once. sad
But good point. Is this the first time Deans leg been broke on the show? Cuz honestly when he said "I'm the one with the broke leg over hear" I thought he was exaggerating, cuz I didnt think it got broken so easily.

Honestly, I think this is the first time any bone has gotten broken? I mean I'm trying to think...have either of them broke anything before Dean broke his leg in this episode? I know Dean's had a dislocated shoulder, that's as much as I can remember...otherwise, this is the first time Dean has broken his leg.
I don't know when exactly Sara took over...but it does feel quite different after season 3. Though, I have to say I have this passion for season 4. Lol.

Um...I dont really think so .I remember that one time either in Season 1 or 2 Sam had a cast on his hand, but he didnt break it in an episode, it was a real injury Jared had.
But besides that no I really dont think so. That's kinda weird. Never thought about it before this.
Sara took over in Season Six I believe. Haha well season 3 might have felt weird since it was rushed due to writer's strike. I think my favorite season is either 4 or 5. I loved them both though and they are the most memorable to me. They each contained some awesome episodes too.
