Halo Anniversary Release Date: November 15th 2011
Created in celebration of the 10th anniversary of one of the most beloved franchises in gaming history, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is a spectacularly remastered version of the original Halo campaign. I can not wait! I have dedicated myself to completing EVERY Halo game before Halo 4 so that means I have 4 more to go xd !

halo3chik I can not wait! I have dedicated myself to completing EVERY Halo game before Halo 4 so that means I have 4 more to go xd ! I have only seen the halo games get better and better. I am really excited for this game. hopefully the world doesn't end. baha

The very first time I ever played my very first X-box CLASSIC, was Halo 2, and I was six at that time. The level with the bridge, I hopped into the tank and blew everything to Kingdom Come.

All those good memories i have playing halo 1 co-op back in the day.
*The Xbox was broken, i had to press my head against it so that i can hear a specific sound to know that its reading the disc.
*The Xbox didn't belong to us (Me and my brother). A friend of my brothers came over with it and it didn't belong to him either.
*We played during a hurricane warning.
*We kept playing meanwhile said hurricane was passing by us miles off the north coast.
*On that same day we played co-op till 4am
*Once we got a third controller i have fond memories of being sniped while driving a warthog (My brother sniped me). And our attempts of getting a warthog and a tank on top of one of the bases in blood gulch..... and succeeding.

warriorman741 Here's a video of Master Chief vs Doomguy Webpage Title I think it was pretty awesome. YEah, it was pretty awesome but Master chief shouldn't have won like that. I don't play Halo but I'm 99% sure that grenades don't go throught bubble shields.

I think that the Halo series will always be an iconic and game changing trilogy.(R.I.P. Halo 2 T.T) The only thing is that they better stick to at least a bit of the storyline here to create the backbone of these new creatures. If not I'll be very disappointed. After all, it could be weird if just some random people appear and was all like, 'Oh hey, we're here to kill you all! Have a good day.' No, absolutely not. It needs to have some originality of course but jumping over a storyline set in stone will just upset me even if it is a new trilogy. But all we can do is wait and see. Hopefully it lives up to people's expectations.

Picked up my copy of Anniversary on the 25th....and the case was broken when I got it home. I had it replaced yesterday (I did play the game anyway) And I must say the game is amazing. Everything I remember is there, including the effects on the lightbridge when you drive over it.
The assault rifle absolutely mows down grunts on normal, so you'll probably want to play it on heroic if you want any sort of a challenge before you reach the hunters.
The hunters weren't to bad, except the first set became deadly accurate for no reason. I had one toss me up into the air and the other shoot me out of the sky. Repeatedly. On normal. Needler also works great on them now, did it used to? And the second set was easy pickings.
Anyway, I'm done rambling on now......I just finished "Silent Cartographer".
