This is Social Area inwhich all people can get along.
Basics: Follow the guild rules, Easy enough? whee
Setting: Between the dark sky's and deserts of Los Noches and the deep blue sky's and luscious land skape of the Soul Society, there is a realm. In this realm there is just a simple building. It is a tavern named "The Neutral land", inwhich all people can get along, Shinigami and arrancars alike.
The Lay Out The Building has 2 floors, the lower is for socializing, drinking (This is a tavern, inwhich all taverns of a BAR!)
The First floor has a basic set up, all you can grab drinks right in front of you when you walk in. To the left there is a wall with painting and other things most people consider junk, there is also aJute box on the wall (Of couse!)
To the right, there are tables mainly, nothing fancy.
The top floor, of course is a Sparring session room. Mainly for overly talkative ones who love fighting.
The lay out is basic aswell, the whole room is an empty area, and in the vary far right hand corner there is a healing station, just in case someone slips and falls on someone with the blade landing in them..32 times or so.
NOTE: I will update this some more later. My brain has a writers block right now xD
I think I might make a Royals Bar too..The Royals catigory looks lonely.

The Vizard, Haku strolls his way in and goes stright left to the jute box and tosses in a quarter and starts up some music
"Oh yeah, Some Queen to Ruin the mood"
Haku scoots/dances his was to the Drinks and starts to go through the Bottles and ponders to himself "What type..? Nah.. Nah.. Oooh~~~...Nah.."
Haku looks at the door, wondering when more will show up "Guess this will do till then.." haku grabs a bottle of Saki and leans against the wall and starts to drink it.

The door to the tavern slides open slowly, as a long black overcoat bearing white kanji upon the back symbolizing a Captain's uniform strode in along with the Captain wearing the oddly-colored uniform.
Capt. Kazas Kisaragi, "Capt. Shadow" as was his popular nickname around the Society's ranks, walked slowly to the bar, placing some yen onto the counter and ordering a cup of rose sake. And as his eyes, hidden below the thick sunglasses he almost always wore over them, gazed around the room, he noticed only himself and one other was here.
"Quite the small crowd we've got here today, I was expecting this place to be over-crowded and buzzing, being so new.."

Haku stand there and notices the new guy walk in and see's him order a drink.
Haku Scoots over to him and over hears them say something
"Yeah...Sadly enough, I was hoping for it to be Booming, Oh well..."

Natalie walks in. She stays standing while she orders her drink and then takes a seat when it's served. This was a sad time for Natalie because her twin had just gone missing. Everything was so loud. She just wanted some quiet.

Haku stands there next to Revv and then, Haku can sense another presense.
Haku turns around and he see's a woman sitting alone, "My Women senses are tingling" Haku Slides his way over to Natalie and sets his drink on the table
"Hello there. The names Haku, Vizard. Whats your pretty lady? Mind if I sit here?"

Kazas glanced back, watching Haku approach Natalie before sighing and returning to his own drink, hoping things didn't get too out of hand. He shared Natalie's sentiment, the quiet was a good change of pace.

"Hi." Natalie said. "I'm Natalie and no I don't mind. It is a free country after all." She sighed and took a sip of her drink. So much for quiet.

Haku looks at Natalie and notices her sigh "...Im sorry, do you wish for me to go or talk?" Haku scratches the back of his head in confusion because her hates choices.

You can stay. I guess some company would be nice." She ran her fingers through her hair. If he got annoying she would just tell him to leave.
