I like to start by saying hi to everyone that looks at my journal. Be warned now that I don't like writing down directions or to measure anything, I do it all in my head and sometimes I follow the rules and measure but I don't like it.
I'm an artist by nature and a bookworm by heart. I like to make food that's simple but looks like a piece of art.

Grilled cheese treats
I like to use potato bread but you can use any kind.
1) 2 slices of any kind bread you like 2) 1 or 2 slice of cheese(I use two cause it's more cheesy)again any kind you like. I use pepper jack when I can. 3) Spread butter on the outside of you sandwich. 4) Cook it on a skillet or frying pan or if your in a hurry cook in a microwave for about 45 secs. 5)Now comes the fun part. You can cut it into triangles or squares but if you really want to make your bento look cute. heart Use cookie cutters heart Different ones for each holiday.

Spaghetti ramen
For this, it's best to use the chicken ramen but if you hate chicken use beef.
1) 1 or 2 packs of ramen(I use two) 2) Cook it like normal, till the noodles are done or three minutes in the microwave. 3)Drain the water from the noodles. 4) Put in the season packet and stir it in. 5) Add your spaghetti sauce(any kind will do)

Dirty potatoes
This is a recipe that I grow up on and I would love to pass it on.
1) The best part of this recipe is that you can use any kind of potatoes you like.(I use the red and yellow ones when I can) 2) Wash the potatoes or scrub them but do NOT peel them. 3) Put them in the microwave. Eight minutes for 3 or 4 and Ten minutes for 5 potatoes. 4) You will know then they are done, if you stab them with a fork and they come off easily. 5) Mush them in a bowl but make sure not to over do it. 6)Add bacon bits, sour cream, butter, or cheese if you want.

Meat balls
You can make those two ways. You can deep fry them or cook them in a skillet. Those I cook in a skillet.
1) Add your seasons(pepper or whatever taste good) and onions. 2) Take a small amount and roll it in a ball. 3) Space them around the skillet and cover. 4) It will take at least 25 minutes to cook. 5) Take your biggest meatball and cut into it. If you still see pink, then you need to cook them more. 6) Once all the pink is cook throw, then you let them cool down for 5 minutes.
