I like to use potato bread but you can use any kind.
1) 2 slices of any kind bread you like 2) 1 or 2 slice of cheese(I use two cause it's more cheesy)again any kind you like. I use pepper jack when I can. 3) Spread butter on the outside of you sandwich. 4) Cook it on a skillet or frying pan or if your in a hurry cook in a microwave for about 45 secs. 5)Now comes the fun part. You can cut it into triangles or squares but if you really want to make your bento look cute. heart Use cookie cutters heart Different ones for each holiday.

I personally prefer using pepperjack and provalone cheeses.

A potato bread grilled cheese sounds good. I like to add sun dried tomato to my grilled cheese, amongst other things.

Sun dried tomatoes? Sounds yummy ^^ Do you mince them or what?
I generally use provolone cheese and put a small bit of spicy brown mustard on the bread 3nodding Sometimes I'll put a slice of garden tomato on there too between the cheese slices.
I cook mine a little differently, though. I melt a bit of butter in the bottom of a skillet, then put the bread in and swish it around so the butter soaks into the bread. When I flip it over, I hold the sandwich on the spatula for a few seconds until more butter melts, then put it back in the pan and swish it again. Works great heart

Personally I am obsessed with grilled kimcheese sandwiches! For the best results just whizz up cheese with kimchi in a blender, you can add ham or smoked ham, to it if you like, blending it makes it spreadable, then grill.

Gosh.
my favourite simple, vegetarian grilled cheese sandwich, is cheddar with red onions.
But my go-to grilled cheese sandwich is ham and cheese.
