Not all jobs are large enough to send the entire force out for, so sometimes it's a good idea to drop in and see what's avalilble. This can be as simple as retrieving a lost item for a villager, to slaying a pack of wolves preying on local livestock. Make sure to check back often, as new quests are added regularly, and the rewards can be very enticing.
