Personality: Alex is normally a really nice person, but when he don’t like you he don’t like you. He tends to be rude to shinigami and even ruder to arrancars. He very rarely lets his power be shown. He likes to surprise people when they fight him he does warn them though that will probably not win. He has a soft medium voice (Like The Captain Of Squad 13)
Physical Appearance: He is slender but muscular built.
Biography: Alex was the captain of squad two of the 13 court guard squads until he was caught trying to gain hollow powers by a Central Forty Six member. He was called to trial and imprisoned in a cell far from any where else. He sat chained to the wall waiting to be stripped of his spirit powers. All twelve captains where there as well as there Lieutenants. Even his Lieutenant was there to see to it that he died. They tied him down and waited for the orders to kill him. The executioner asked one last thing. “ Do you have any last words?”
Alex grinned and nodded. “I have only two… Otis appear…” They all looked at them then trembled in fear as large white dragon appeared on the ground roaring. The captain’s each released there Shikais and a few of them there Bankais but they where no match to the dragon. The dragon broke the chain and Alex landed on its back. Alex broke his spirit saps (spirit bearings used to suck the spirit energy out of a being.) He released his spirit pressure making ever none captain and several of the captains fall to there knees.
He pointed his finger at every one. “I’ll see you in hell.” A large pink cero fired from his finger giving him enough of a distraction to disappear into the human world by means of Dragon transport.
Alex was one of the first vizards taking over as leader soon after he arrived. He built a island far off to the north of Japan to hide his training. There he built a house and a place for Otis to roam free. He had never met another Vizard yet so he assumed he was the only one. He still stays out on the island coming into the city only to get food for him self and the dragons. Get’s money by hacking into others bank accounts and stealing money.

Zanpakutou Information
Name: Reitō Faiādoragonkingu (冷凍ファイアードラゴンキング; Frozen Fire Dragon King)
Spirit: His zanpoktou spirits is based on two people but one ability the girl is a ICE dragon rider/Tamer. And she is the queen of ice and ice dragons and Alex is the king of ice and ice dragons.

Sealed Description: He has two different Zanpoktous he is more skilled with using his left hand but can use any hand to fight with using either sword. Tends to use his weakest sword (his cherry blossom sword.)

Release Phrase: “Bow your head in front of the ice king!” Followed by his Shikai name.
Shikai: In his Shikai both of his sword turn to two ice swords that glow a bright blue. Each of them look identical. He has the ability to control more mass amounts of snow and ice and water and is given a slight boost in speed and agility along with a slight increase in physical attacks. He can use any source of water to turn into ice including the water in the air and the water with in the plants and such. When he releases his spirit pressure the temperature slowly drops to 30 degrees.
Shikai Attacks:
Shida Somaku: From either of his blades he sends out a giant serpent dragon that crashes in the opponent. He can use this attack with out the name and he can use it with multiple dragons the dragon’s can come off from his sword but the longer they stay on the longer they are.
Kenpaku Osamai: This ability is his strongest attack using either of his blade when he strike’s a opponent where ever he strikes a snow flower tattoo appears there he strikes the same spot or area around it that part of the body where he strikes has a ice cicle shot through it.
Oska Firra: His blade’s are capable of turning into blue fire blades. The fire is not hot but sub zero cold. The fire freezes any thing that it touches he can use it to send fire freezing ice balls or fire freezing slashes. He mainly uses this attack when fighting a fire zanpoktou.
Bankai: Reitō faiādoragonkingu kesshō fōmu (冷凍ファイアードラゴンキング決勝フォーム; Frozen Fire Dragon King Final Form)
He has bankai call out as well. “Bow your head so I may cut it off, the kings final judgment is here!” Followed by the bankai name.
When he enters bankai he has to dawn on his mask to gain enough strength to weild his bankai’s full ability. If he does not dawn his mask this is what happens.

His stamina increases as well as does his physical strength and attack. The armor is all different shades of glossy blue golds and silver golds. His swords are made of blue fire and have same abilities as his shikais third attack. With the same abilities as his third attack. He can still control ice like he does in his Shikai form.
If he dawns his mask when he enters bankai it looks like this. He has the armor still but instead of a face plate he has his mask. The armor instead of being blue gold it is ignited with fire. He has two giant ice wings on his back increasing his speed now. His swords still catches fire and still have the same ability as with out the mask just a change in appearance and a speed increase. With a change to appearance he also has two dragon heads (like Toshiros bankai sword hand) on both of his hands that are fire dragons.
When he enters either bankai ability it drops to negative 32 degrees and the clouds come in and it begins to snow.
Bankai Attacks:
Opakku: He takes a stance and increases his power making his body look slightly bigger and or muscular. He can do this three times in battle but only if he has his mask drawn. He can only perform this ability once if without his mask.
Draggano Fury: From his swords he produces ten large ice dragons. They attack from all different directions if they miss they continue to follow the opponent until they are cut down or the land there attack. There controlled by his hilt.
Hydra: This is his most strongest attack if he performs this attack he is stuck with the transformations and the effect of returning to his sealed form. His pet dragon appears and Alex get’s on top of him. The dragon then changes (to look like his second zanpoktou spirit.) He is now in his dragon tamer mode. His power is doubled from what it was.

Skills:
Flash Step Expert: His flash step sense he was the captain of squad one is extremely fast.
Shunko User: Like most squad two captains he can use shunko. His shunko energy is red.
Water & Ice Manipulation: He can manipulate water to ice from the air or water around him on a small level enough to defend him self and attack.
Skilled Hand to Hand Combat User: Being a ex squad two captain he has rather good hand to hand combat. He has bin seen fighting more hand to hand then with his sword.
Other Information:
He is the ice and Ice dragon king where the island is at underground is a underground ice palace where hundreds of ice dragons roam and Alex sits on his throne it is also where Otis his dragon lives.
Otis the dragon can shot fire from his mouth and a blue beam of energy that looks and sounds like a cero that freezes them (Ice beam type thing.)

He as a special technique that he uses as a Vizard leader. When he dawns his mask with out being released he can cover him self in all bone giving him an increase in defense and speed.
He has a specialized cero that instead of burning freezes the victim in a block of ice he can use normal ceros and ballas and his ballas can do the same thing if they are baby blue they are freezing ceros.
