There are a lot of things dividing the church today... political views, denominations, liberal vs. fundamentalist, beliefs on homosexuality, cultures, the list goes on and on... Many of these things are simply man-made ideas which fall into the grey area, some of them are not, and many things have to do with Godly issues of right and wrong.
Please share some of your experiences, insight, and bible verses concerning conflict among believers.

Its conflicts like the ones you've listed that make Christians wonder. Personally, I see both sides of the arguments. I listen to the other side and expect them to listen to me. (: There is no real reason to get mad because we have one side and they have another. People are just different.

Well to be frank, I might not really be able to say freely since I never really experienced heated arguments like those before. Most of the arguments that are common to me are quite minor things. But sometimes I do imagine myself in one when I start to judge a situation, but ever since I truly learned about the Lord's grace (Praise be to him) I know what to tell myself; When it comes to things that are about what's and who's right:
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding Proverbs 3:5
And If someone would persist in a "I'm right, your wrong" I would answer softly (and hopefully try to end it):
Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love Ephesians 4:2
The fruits of the spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and self-control Galatians 5:22
Hope this helps 3nodding

It all in the Bible if we put our spirit to work. Sadly im confused in conflicts between brothers... if they did not use the spirit.... i think this sums it all up. If there's no spirit, there is conflicts. If there is Christ, there is no conflict.
