Drake grew up in Lacunosa Town as an only child. His father was a musician and taught him how to play the piano. Although he loved playing piano, he also liked playing pranks. He didn't believe in "The Lacunosa Legend" but the other kids did. So, he'd dare the other kids to come out at night with him. Then he'd challenge them to enter the Giant Chasm. Once there, naturally, everyone would run off at the faintest of sounds except for Drake who would just laugh. Afterwards he would return home but one night, a peculiar sound caught his attention. Upon investigation, Drake found an incredibly rare pokemon to region: a Charmander. The lizard had to have been abandoned since Charmander don't live around here. It appeared to be training as it would sharpen its claws on rocks. Still, it was dangerous to train in an area with such powerful pokemon. With a convincing arguement, Drake got the Charmander to return home with him. The next day, Drake vowed to become Charmander's trainer when he became of age to which the Charmander agreed to wait until then.

Beginning Trainer:
Two years later, Drake set off on his journey to become the strongest trainer. Over time, Dracule evolved from Charmander to Charmeleon and finally Charizard as they triumphed over gymleaders. After catching a Bagon, he headed for the pokemon league. But when it came down to it, they didn't get past the first of the Elite Four. Drake refused to give up here and took it as a sign to improve.
As he returned home, Drake caught an Axew. It was then he decided to challenge the league in his own region. He managed to defeat the gym leaders and triumph over the Elite Four. When facing the Champion, Alder, it came down to a draw. He vowed to challenge the league again and defeat Alder properly.

Teacher:
Drake soon stuck to being a mentor and tutor for trainers he met around Unova. He soon became known by trainers around Unova aswell as a few gymleaders. It wasn't long before he recieved an invite to become a teacher at Arceus Academy.

Personality: Drake is a man of little words but speaks thoroughly while teaching. His attitude torward talking is speak when spoken to. He refuses to give up on his goals and wont let others give up either. Although he looks mean, he's actually nice to others.
