I find a good demo (are rarely soldier) with a Kritz medic is A hell-of-a-lot scarier...
Sometimes even if I am a Ubered heavy

Sometimes even if I am a Ubered heavy I have to agree with this statement. A good demoman and kritz medic pair can be insanely scary! Especially when the two work extremely well together. ( I know of such a pair... -shudders- ) And to be honest, ubercharged heavies don't scare me so much anymore. The heavy will be slow as he shoots, so it's not too hard to get away (so long as you're not right in front of him). But if the heavy has the Natascha, getting away becomes a bit more difficult...

For someone who plays Engi a lot and likes to make nests with others, good GOD is an ubercharged Heavy scary.
But I can still think of scarier things. To name a few:
1.) A Pyro who can not only air juggle but can also use the Reserve Shooter well.
1.5) Essentially, a Pyro that knows how to use his airblast (which is why I also find the new Pyro primary a huge DERP on Valve's part but w/e).
2.) A rocket-walljumping Soldier (he's insanely fast when he does that, but unless he's got a Medic pocketing him, he dies pretty quickly).
3.) An Engi who can place his mini-sentries in such a way that you don't notice they're there until you're dead.
4.) A stupidly good non-knight Demo.
5.) A Medic who just won't DIE. The ones that keep running and not even the Sniper can touch them.

I have a strange,strange way of being a scary ubercharged class.
UberScout.
Yes. Me and my friend play together a lot and we freaking destroy everything. He'd be the scout and I'd do either Krit or Uber and he'd be quite unkillable until another Uber or Pyro shows up. Strange. But also when he heals me I like being an UberDemo or UberSniper. And if I play Pyro he KritPyro's me. We have very smart moves, and some times we do a casual UberHeavy/Uberneer (Uber Engineer).
Or we both chase Heavies as Medics to Uber/Krit.
We rarely Uber a soldier or play Ubersoldier because If you rocket jump and stuff the Meic will lose the range on you and you'll un-Uberfy in front of a crapton of enemies.
Pick yer poison.
UberSniper is mainly so we don't get sniped. KritPyro is the bane to MEDICS
entirely. Unless they have the saw and have that group heal ;__;
That's the end of my introductory rant.

Undeniably Handsome Only when we play together. I suck with others and he does mediocre with others. We usually stick together. The best partners are usually friends. Though in my case, my best friend is not my best partner when I'm a medic. She has a tendency to get in danger and go Leroy Jenkins. >.<

Guardian of Serebii i say a uber pyro is scary-er...err cat_3nodding Ubered Pyros are only scary to me if I'm caught in a corner or enclosed area with them. I usually keep my distance and can get away. (Harder when I'm soldier, since I'm so slow.) Though there was this one Kritz Medic and Pyro pair... They were scary. >.<
