SKYWALKING

If you haven't noticed already, paintbrushes have no gravity in Oblivion; therefore, if you were to discard a paintbrush from your inventory it would actually float.

Drop a paintbrush from your inventory in an open space. Once you see where it's floating use it to your advantage as you can step on it as you would the floor or any other pinned object.
It is useful for reaching hard to reach places or escape ground monster or even get unto or over places you're "not supposed to".

SPELL OVERLOAD

On various occasions you'll notice that because of your armor (be it heavy or light) you just can't seem to get that 100% potential out of that powerful spell you love so much.
For example, going Chameleon for 100% is impossible with armor even if you have Illusion mastered, causing guards and other NPCs to have a chance at detecting you.

GO FOR SPELL CREATION.

If you create a buff spell such as Chameleon, Fortify, or Night-Eye with 100% power, you'll never use it at 100% because your armor cuts your affinity to magick.
Instead, make two spells called Whatever A and Whatever B, both at 50% or higher with the same effect.
Once you cast both of them you'll realize that, even with armor, the sum of both spells gave you, if not 100%, more than 100%.
