I've been using these since I was a kid, so I'm not sure who got 'em first.

|Infinite Attribute|

This is mostly from memory, since I haven't played for a few months, so it may seem a little choppy. However, do not fear, it works. I use this all the time.

To get the attribute of your choosing get any spell that you can increase your attribute. Only one attribute spell is needed to use any type of attribute in the Spellmaking process.
Next go to temple or Mages Guild and select Spellmaking.
Then select Fortify Attribute and get the attribute of your choosing.
Select the spell on self, have the duration on zero, and have the magnitude on 100 to 100 (if you can afford it). It can be lower, and it can be cast multiple times, so no worries.
Then you go to the spell titled Soul Trap, set the trap on target and everything down to zero.
Finally you cast the spell looking at the ground and your attribute you choosed will go up one-hundred points (or set magnitude). It can go up in the thousands if you wish.

This doesn't just work with attributes. You can use it to permanently levitate and other goodies like feather, shield, water breathing, ect.
A note on the levitation though: it's not that permanent. Sure, while cast it will never run out. When you go back and load a save, it will stop, so don't save while up in the air!
A note on invisibility: This is very permanent. You won't be able to get rid of it. It will keep you from talking to people, and therefore stop your quests. Not advised. Ever.
