This is a work in progress, but either way I will get it done.
So, I plan for this to be a Shivering Isles role play. Players who wish to join in on this RP must have decent knowledge on SI. They also must have played through SI and finished it, so they will understand the history before this RP.
One day, a strange gate opened up in Cyrodiil along the Niben Bay.
This gate lead to the realm of madness, Shivering Isles, and was ruled by the daedric lord Sheogorath.
Though many had entered, one stood out among them.
This person entered at the start of the end of the current era, the Greymarch.
Unkowingly, Sheogorath kept his eye on this one, and had planned great things for him.
Sheogorath enrolls him in his court of madness, and leads sends him on his way to stop the Greymarch.
Sheogorath reveals himself as Jyggalag, his alternate self, and the young man becomes the new Prince of Madness.
After the battle between Jyggalag and the Prince, all is peaceful in the realm of madness.
Not long after, the Prince disappeared. Supposedly returning to Cyrodiil.
Though the chaos was slight at first, 200 years later all of the Shivering Isles is in an uproar.
The principle of Sheogorath himself has been removed from the new generations.
The Dark Seducers and Golden Saints have finally submitted to official war, no longer over Sheogorath, but over the land itself.
Outsiders from Cyrodiil and other provinces are wandering in, some seeking the destruction of Shivering Isles's people.
They now know of the mad there, Shivering Isles no longer being a rumor.
Not only are the people aware of it, but even some other daedric princes are taking notice.
Can all return to the way it was before?
Welcome back to the Madness (not official RP name).

I would suggest the return of Jyggalag only for the very reason that this is his realm and the fact he wouldn't hesitate to cash in on this.
Also I would suggest the pressure is on New Sheoth to chose a side, New Sheoth being governed once again by a collaborating Dukes from both Mania and Dementia. In the midst of having no Seducers or Saints protecting it the citizens themselves have taken up arms to defend the city while the Saints and Seducers I imagine would be having it out at they're sanctuaries and at Holy Cylarne. New Sheoth is safe for now, until the Mazken or Aureals decide they want to ( if nessecery ) light the flame of agnon in the chamber of Arden Sul.

What would Jyggalag do on the next Greymarch? It was always a cliffhanger any roleplayer could manipulate to become a new story. What if he wants things the way they were now and strikes his old enemies such other daedras or the protagonist himself?
