I think it would be awesome if people roleplayed the character that they are currently using in-game... actually that's probably really obvious since this is a Skyrim guild, so not much of an idea, lol.

Maybe once November comes I'll make a thread about a little group of travelers trying to accomplish their own goals and etc. with the others' help...

The role plays can take place in Morrowind, Oblivion, Shivering Isles, or Skyrim, so long as the RP'ers know enough about what they're role plalying. (:

Back in the day, I used to play Elder Scrolls: Arena when windows 3.1 was around, so I know the map pretty well. I'm still very fond of how the world in Oblivion is and it's mechnics. If any one knows what the Warp in the West really is, I would love to design a unique adventure that would sprout precisely from that.
To give you guys a small idea, Daggerfall has MANY endings and Morrowind was created from such endings. But how in the world did Morrowind come from so many endings? That's not possible!
If you read the Warp in the West well, they ALL happened. To retrieve the Main Quest's item the protagonist had to enter the Aetherius which is a spirit real which happens to be the realm of the Gods of Aetherius, including Akatosh, the dead god of time. While in the realm, time was disrupted and MANY things could have happened. As a matter of fact they DID happen. Take time and look up info on Daggerfall endings and relations to Oblivion.

I think it's a great place to start, after EVERYTHING happened.

Lol. Whut?
I am ashamed to only know Morrowind and up, and still be the captain of this guild. But I was a kid when Morrowind came out and that was all I had available.
I could go back and play through those, but I find the graphics harsh. Shame that's what keeps me from it but my generation only wants pretty graphics.

Don't feel ashamed. You were born around high standards. You will naturally ask for more and better. No one would want to take a step back. I'm just glad I don't have to play on a computer with 64MB as RAM or one of the first Macintosh that came out. Not Mac or Apple, Macintosh.

Alrighty. Would it be so horrible to ask for a remake of all the old games? I've been hoping for years that BioWare would remake Jade Empire or at least create a sequel (and go back to having non-shitty characters).

Um, sorry to butt in, I just wanted to say something. There is one thing you can do in the meantime if you want to, though it would be awesome if they remade Daggerfall and the Arena from scratch. Anyways , about last year I found out that Daggerfall and The Arena were allowed to be freely downloaded by Bethesda on the internet, but that you need a proper program for it to run now. I simply found one that would be preset to play them and I have them both on my Laptop, they work well despite their age.

I've been aiming to study videogame design and honestly, THAT is one of my dreams. A lot of people want to see new and great epic battles. The new generation has no idea what an epic battle truly is. They have never gone up against a boss that has thousands of life points more than you and the only buttons you have available to you is A and B 'aka' Jump and Attack. How bout we take A and B and bring'em over to new gen with the SAME level of difficulty simply to make people's head explode?
I would love to take these old games into my hands and make a revival.

IMPORTANT
To keep things organized, we need a section where we can post our main characters, their description, goals, and availability to certain adventures. I'm requesting permission to start this in the RP thread.

Has any one on this guild been a game master before? Dungeon master? Narrator of sorts? If I am to put up and participate in an adventure or if ANYONE is going to participate in an adventure, we need someone who can lead the story and keep it dynamic. I can vote on myself to do this but I would also like to participate (which makes narrating and leading sound like puppeteering).

Please, these masters are sincerely dynamos and narrators, they are the happenings of the game. I could care less if you've mastered Halo or Gears of War or even Pokémon. This doesn't make you a game master. Playing Warcraft doesn't make you a dungeon master either.
