Karakura High School seems to be the focal point of many up and coming
Spiritually aware humans, as well as the gathering point for the new
generation of Quincy, trained by Ishida Ryūken and his son Uryū. Also
stemming from this school and the town itself are various new Ryoka, with
powers ranging from regeneration, reishi manipulation, to forms such as
the Brazo Derecha de Gigante of Yatutora Sado. From the depths of the Earth, for some unknown reason, Humans with the ability to control the very elements themselves and the subcategories that followed. These gifts are recognized and watched over to an extent by Soul Society, but are left to their own devices unless the need be to change that fact.

Laws of the Human:
Laws of the human are related to the skills, modifications, and daily activities of the humans within the Living Realm. Set to keep a character created as a human from suddenly changing into anything besides a human, without the proper training and etiquette needed.

Spiritually Acute: Human characters are spiritually aware, yet have little to no abilities to physically interact with said spirits.

Able Training: With time and training a Human Character can become either a Quincy ,Ryoka, or Elemental though this will change their place within the story to fit.

Freedom: Humans are yet to be set to the same laws of Quincy, Shinigami, Elementals or the loose collaboration of Ryoka. Giving them the freedom to act as they see fit, as long as it is contained within their own laws.

Power Limitations: As a human without training a character can gain no special abilities beyond the abilities to see and speak with ghosts and hollow.

Biographical Information:
The following information is required for Human Characters, as to keep a tab and basic information on file for Crew Members and other players.

Quincy

The Quincy are a subclass of humans, trained from youth or later in life, in
the methods of controlling Supernatural abilities to hunt and kill Hollows
before they attacked humans (and to destroy those who already had),
including the ability to control Spiritual Energy. The Quincy are nearly extinct
due to extermination by the Shinigami about 200 years prior. They rely
mainly on the Quincy Cross to cast their bow and create arrows of charged
reishi to combat their enemies.

They were brought to the brink of exinction, and only now have Ryuken and
Uryu Ishida taken the initiative to rebuild their numbers, as others have
attempted, but come to fatal or hazardous results. The beginning of their
rebuild also brought back other clans of Quincy, who had gone their separate
ways after the massacre at the hands of the shinigami in years prior. While
most clans still feel jaded by their betrayal, some, as the Ishida Clan, have
grown to working alongside the shinigami, as the balance has become too
favoured on the side of hollows and their allies.

Laws of the Quincy:

Gintō (Silver Tube Spells):
A new Quincy of any clan will be limited to the first of their gintō, in much
the same fashion a Shinigami is limited to 1/5 of their kido in the initial
registration.

Hirenkyaku (Flying screen step):
As a Quincy trained in the basic arts of their trade, new Quincy will be able
to use a slow variation of the Hirenkyaku, moving at half the rate of a
master of the skill.

Power Limitation:
New Quincy will be limited to the items noted above, and also that in the
fact anyone below Journeyman will only be able to summon their bow for
a total of ten posts or a mass of twenty fired arrows. A list will be
constructed to show the full powers of the Quincy in the Karakura Hospital
Thread.

(All players acting as Quincy will begin on the Prentice Level, unless
cleared through Amath Mortum, as starter characters for the
Quincy.)

Biographical Information:
The following information will be required of all Quincy to be kept in the
Karakura Highschool for all known Quincy, as well as the Shinigami
case files gathered by the Ninth Division.

Ryoka

Ryoka is the term the Gotei 13 use to identify those who are not aligned with Soul Society, either allies, rebels, intruders, deserters, or invaders. Though in this context it is in reference to those who, still living, have gained extraordinary powers that are not aligned with the view of Shinigami/Vizard or Quincy powers. Well known Ryoka were Yasutora Sado and Inoue Orihime, for their rather unique powers.

Every Ryoka has a different power, but groups whose powers are similar do
tend to band together, or groups of friends who gained their powers in around
the same span of time. These groupings have come to call themselves the
Guilds or Dens, based on their specific ability's nature. While it is not common
for a human to gain Ryoka powers, cases have been more prevalent in the
latest years of Karakura Town.

Ryoka are usually unaware of their powers or how to control them for some
time, which often causes a schism or explosive variation in their power as
they gain control over it. While some powers are sentient, others are
innate, such as an ability tied into the reflexes or mind of a Ryoka. Much as
Orihime's Santen Kesshun was in it's initial stages, until she gained proper
control of the sentient beings within.

Laws of the Ryoka:

Instability: Most beginning Ryoka are unstable with the use of their
powers, this is caused by the sudden nature of it's growth and use. Time,
training, and use are the only ways to further advance their powers.

Evolution of Powers: While a Ryoka's power is sure to grow the
captainship of this guild requires update and approval of new abilities
before they can be openly administered.

Abilities: Ryoka can learn particular abilities that coincide with the
forms of their power. These abilities can only be trained by particular
individuals.

Power Limitation: Ryoka tend not to overuse their powers once
they've joined into a Guild or Den, as not to draw superfluous attentions
from the Soul Society or any possible adversaries they could have.

Vizard

The Vizard are the antithesis to the Arrancar as Shinigami who have obtained Hollow powers. Having begun as Shinigami, the Vizard appear entirely Human, and barring those times where they are using their powers are indistinguishable from ordinary Shinigami. To gain access to their Hollow powers, a Vizard dons a Hollow mask. This allows them to augment their Shinigami abilities with Hollow powers, as well as giving them access to some of the more generic Hollow abilities. Their spiritual pressure likewise changes into a mix of Hollow and Shinigami. This process of donning one's Hollow mask is referred to as Hollowfication.

Laws of the Vizard

The Laws of the Vizard are a simple listing of rules, placed and set to keep new people within the guild from becoming overpowered players from the start, as to keep a balance within the guild, instead of having everyone running around, wielding zanpakuto the size of skyscrapers, and cutting everyone else to pieces. These laws consist of Kido restrictions, Shi-Kai and Ban-Kai limitations, and power limits.

Kido:

A new Vizard can only have kido up to the seventy third (73rd) casting level. Exceptions may sway if you surrender knowledge in one school of training for another. For a comprehensive list of Kidou, please check with the Academy's Library or the Library of the Science Bureau, Division Twelve.

Shi-Kai:

One in Ten. Basically, for every ten registrants who apply with a known Shi-Kai, one will be accepted. However it is preferred that fresh candidates have superior, but not expert, knowledge of their Zanpakuto's Sealed Form,

This limitation is to keep the role play varied, to prevent people from constant abuse or character registrations with Shi-Kai. The point is to learn and grow through role play. For more information or clarification, please PM me.

Ban-Kai:

Only a few Vizard will be allowed Ban-Kai. Ban-Kai is something that takes character and training, and as to keep true to the feeling of Bleach, not every character will be permitted to reach Ban-Kai training.

Ban-Kai training can only begin after Four Months active role play within the guild, then takes at least another month to complete, with one to two more weeks to reach mastery. This is to prevent people who just want a quick captain-leveled position, then plan to leave us behind, waiting on their actions, as well as to prevent the flow of power from changing to unevenly in further storyline plots.

There will be a One-in-Fifty difference rate in this. Occasionally, accepted and trusted members of the guild may gain their Ban-Kai in under the allotted probation time, or gain their Ban-Kai and Mastery in under a month, using particular methods of power.

Power Limitations:

As Vizard have gained the addition of Hollow powers, it is important that powers be limited. There must be a time limit for how long a character can maintain it's mask. The maximum power increase while maintaining said mask will be limited to 3 times the normal power level.

Elemental

Elemental is the term the Gotei 13 use to identify those who have obtained powers over a particular element(s), though not particularly aligned with the view of Shinigami/Vizard or Hollow.

Every Elemental has a different power, but groups whose powers are similar do tend to band together, or groups of friends who gained their powers in around the same span of time. These groupings have come to call themselves Periods or Planes, based on their specific ability's element. While it is not common for a human to gain Elemental powers, cases have been more prevalent in the latest years of Karakura Town.

Elementals become acutely aware of their powers once obtained, however their ability to control them initially ranges from non-existent to moderate control, which often causes a schism or explosive variation in their power as they gain control over it. From the moment of obtaining elemental powers, Elementals become immune to the element that they "dominate" or control.

Laws of the Elemental:

Instability: Most beginning Elementals are unstable with the use of their powers, this is caused by the sudden nature of it's growth and use. Time, training, and use are the only ways to further advance their powers.

Evolution of Powers: While a Elemental's power is sure grow, the Captain of this guild requires update and approval of new abilities before they can be openly administered.

Abilities: Elementals can learn particular abilities that coincide with the forms of their power. These abilities can only be trained by particular individuals. More powerful Elementals are capable of controlling of up to three (3) different elements.

Power Limitation: Elementals tend not to overuse their powers once they've joined into a Period or Plane, as not to disturb the natural flow of natures elements. However, Elementals are not limited to this stipulation, and would thus be considered a renegade, to be hunted out and exterminated by other Elementals.
