More experienced in it can manipulate what they decide to do, stage 2. Stage 3 is the hardest to obtain, its controlling the physical body in the person completely. Stage 4 is the rarest of all them. It's stage 3 but also you can sense every living creature in a 100 mile radius.

False Surroundings Jutsu - This jutsu changes the appearance of a nearby object or area.
Hell Viewing Jutsu - This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.
Tree Bind Death Jutsu - With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear, allowing them to approach their target unnoticed. Once completed, a tree and roots will grow at the target's feet and restrict their movements. Once the opponent believes that they are captured, the user can then appear above their opponent from the tree's trunk and kill the target. In the Kurama clan filler arc of the anime, this jutsu seems to be quite versatile, with a wide range of variations on the standard nature theme. In addition to the disappearing and tree-growing effects of the jutsu, the user can produce flowers, seedpods, vines and multiple trees.
District End Jutsu - The user reaches out his/her hand, sending a stream of flower petals from their palm towards the opponent. The flower petals encircle the enemy and dark smoke fades their surroundings to black, hiding the user.
False Illusion Jutsu
Double False Illusion Jutsu - This jutsu places another illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place.
Descending Hell Jutsu - This jutsu creates the illusion of a tremendous descending ball of fire in the sky, which then crashes onto a designated area. Anyone in the area will flee, or retaliate. This jutsu easily serves to distract an opponent.
Nirvana Temple Jutsu (Sleeping Jutsu) - This jutsu causes everyone within a specific area to fall into a deep sleep. From the target's point of view, it seems as if feathers are falling from the sky, which serves as a distraction to allow the jutsu to take effect. The downside, however, is that it takes a fair amount of time to take effect, and any experienced ninja has more than enough time to dispel it.
Death Foreseeing Jutsu - This jutsu is much like the Temporary Paralysis Technique, but paralyzes the foe by showing them a vision of their own gruesome death. In addition to the paralysis, the enemy is overwhelmed with fear, and can suffer severe mental stress.

A Version of Hyuga Clan's Gentle Fist - He has been taught the movements of the Gentle fist, but not able to actually USE a gentle fist because he does not know the actual ability they use for it. No Chakra used for this.
Dynamic Entry - Nothing more than a flying jump kick straight to the face. Used as an opening attack.
Flying Swallow - An addition-line ninjutsu that augments the killing power of a blade, like a kunai or sword, by flowing chakra into it. The materialised chakra is shaped like a blade, that cuts up everything it touches. The density of the chakra is so high it becomes visible. It is possible to alter the attack range of the weapon by adjusting the amount of chakra put into the blade.

History Background:
He was born in the Tamashi clan's village, who for the first 3 quarters of their existence were unknown to the Mist and every other village. His parents taught him to use his Kekkei Genkai effectively in battle, and his parents, being the best Genjutsu specialists in the Tamashi clan, taught him different techniques. He was sent to the mist village to further his ninja skill and his first love, Mara Tamashi, died a year after his enrollment. She was rapped and murdered by a band of thieves on the road. That's when he decided to become the greatest ninja ever and protect people from disasters such as that. "And I shall be greater than the Kage's."
