Bio: Andrèa Elm grew up in Olivine City. With a famous Uncle a lot of the kids didn't care for her. All of her summers were spent in Ecruteak with her grandparents. They made for nice summers but with her grandparents as religious as they were, she spent a lot of time at the Bell Tower. This is where she met Phantom Hinterspark. Outgoing and rambuncious as she was, they made for fast friends.
One morning, just before the begining of the school year, a regal envelope arrived in the mail. Sealed within was an exclusive invitation to an 'Arceus Academy'. Little to her knowledge, her Dad and Uncle had been student there and her Dad sent her acception letter the very next day.
