Bio: Phantom was abandoned by his parents in Ecruteak City in front of the Bell tower as a baby. The monks that lived there took him in and raised him as a trainer. He grew up getting used to the bells tolling and to the monks way of life.
When Phantom turned 8, his task was to stand at the door and greet anyone whom entered. He got bored of the task easily and took off out into the tower. His favorite hiding place happened to the the Burned tower and he would hide from the monks there. He had made friends with the Pokemon that inhabited the tower but was never there enough to take care of them.
When Phantom finally turned 15, the Monks thought it wise to send him to train as a monk for the Bell Tower. Morty, the city's Gym Leader thought it wiser that he took the path of a Trainer. The monks had agreed to the request and sent Phantom on his way the next day. They had given Phantom a pokeball containing a random Pokemon and told him that he was to go to Arceus Academy to learn how to be a proper Trainer.
Personality: Very cheerful and easily excitable. A little childish and quite hyper active. He's quite friendly and loves talking to people, whether they are his friends or not.
