I think that some of the plots in the old episodes were better than the ones now.

How old are you talking? Degrassi Junior High? Degrassi High? Or Degrassi: The Next Generation? xD
I liked the actors from TNG better than now. They just seemed more in character and less dramatic and when they had to be dramatic, it didn't feel forced. I'm not saying the actors suck now, they have their good points too, I just liked the older ones a little more.

Even though this new Degrassi is good, I prefer the old Degrassi with J.T., he was my favorite =( and Craig and all of them.

When I was really getting into Degrassi the first time I really got attached to J.T. so it was horribly heartbreaking for him to go. :c
I started to dislike Craig after a while though. He used to be a good guy trapped behind bad things, but then he just didn't seem all that great down the line. xD

And yes, I do agree with you about Craig but in the Degrassi Goes Hollywood movie, he seemed to actually change and was there for Ellie when she needed someone the most. I've just always been the type of person that goes for the guys like Craig, not in the dating sense, but to become friends with and give second chances because of past parts of life...I've just always loved him, aside when he was with Manny, she's not my favorite.

Haha I'm probably less forgiving because I've had to deal with people who behaved just like him and it's not that easy when it's directly affecting you. :U
Lol I didn't really like Manny very much either. She had a horrible attitude no matter what time in the series it was and she always seemed to look out only for herself. xD

i totally agree with everyone who said they liked the tng characters better. i loved ellie she was a really good actress and she always had pretty good storylines. especially the cutting one. miss the old crew so much. everytime i watch an old episode i feel like crying heart heart heart
