A Pokemon's level is determined by your year.
Year One: 5-7
Year Two: 8-10
Year Three: 11-13
Remember that your moveset is determined by your Level. I will be checking that all over, so make sure you are as accurate as possible.
Wild Pokemon are not set by these levels. We have what we call Pokemon Surges. These are when Pokemon are thriving in certain areas of the school. I will post what Pokemon are surging when, and what levels they are ranging within.
Catching a Pokemon isn't always about battling. Sometimes, you befriend a Pokemon, and they choose to be your friend. REMEMBER: you can't force a Pokemon into being yours. You either befriend them or battle and catch them.
Pokemon don't show up just anywhere. When you enter one of the places of relaxation, you will notice that all the Pokemon that surge there are listed. This does not mean that they can be found at anytime, but that it is where you find them when they surge.
