Sometimes I have seen videos on YouTube where people have to sing for a tap recital, and singing had nothing to do with their class! They were not part of a tap and vocal class and therefore, I feel bad for them. Even as a singer I feel bad for them. So have you ever had to sing during a tap performance? I haven't, and I only would if it was part of a musical production.

I think I've sung a few times for performances(musicals, etc.), not always tapping exactly at the same time, but a few times, yes. It's not very easy. And I'm not really a very good singer to begin with, lol. >w<

That means they better learn or they won't get the lead. sweatdrop Lucky for them only the leads and featured dancers get the really hard stuff other then that our regular choreographer is really good at teaching actors to "dance"

Yes. I think so. I know they'll ask if anyone has more then one pair they could let someone barrow and they could possibly ask the dance teachers to borrow their box of tap shoes they rent out when we do the tap unit.

And I'm not really a very good singer to begin with, lol. >w< You should take a singing class or two, join a choir or something. The experience will help so when you audition for musicals they'll like you more because you have the extra skill that not all dancers have smile

I'll look into that. ^.^ I used to take some singing lessons but for some reason I stopped...probably so I could take more dance classes~ >w<"
And omg, you're doing Anything Goes?? My dance studio just did that(it's also a theatre/music school as well), unfortunately I was on vacation for the performance dates so I couldn't be in it, myself, I had friends in it though. ^w^ Have fun~!! >w<
