So, Sunday night I got ridiculously drunk. My best friend told me I should go home because I was so drunk, but I wanted to go eat with them. So I went, but I was so pissed that she didn't want me there. I was in a rage the entire night. I half-accidentally stabbed her with a fork, behaved like an a*****e, and broke a paper towel dispenser with my closed fist.
I hate feeling that way because I feel like s**t afterwards, but I can't seem to avoid getting this pissed sometimes. Being drunk only makes it easier to lose control, but I've also lost it while I've been sober.
Anyone else experience uncontrollable bouts of rage? How do you deal with it?

well, nawadays the uncontrollable bouts of rage through my boyfriend into bouts of rage and we try to kill each other... then ourselves, and then we crya nd make up and it doesn't happen again for a long time 3nodding oddly, i think this is real healthy because we're expressing it to each other ina positive manner that keeps it behind closed doors and lets it out as well.
other people might not think it's good, but i think it is... sweatdrop

I do sometimes. ESPECIALLY when I'm drunk. And I react differently to different types of alcohol. I am very careful only to get drunk when I am around people that know me well enough to either A: Blow it off, or B: Calm me down.

I'm never an angry drunk. I'm usually either loud and talkative, or I get hypersexual. Especially if there are females around. *ahem* XD

I don't know if that helps, because this is still something I am struggling with and is my main problem besides my depression (the ADD-like symptoms are way less serious than everything else).
UPDATE: I flipped out after getting in an argument with my husband last night and smashed the elevator button so hard that it broke. I hope I don't get evicted. sad

From time to time, someone always manges to upset me. If it's level one anger, I brush it off my shoulders. If it's level two, I cuss and yell at whoever then I might feel bad later. If it's a level three anger, people feel my wrath as I yell, cuss and even try to take a few swings at them. I already lost my temper real bad when one of my ex friends said that Im just bipolar to get attention and if Im going to die I should go ahead and kill myself because she was tired of my crap. I had to leave her house quickly before I did something awful to her. I ended up taking it out on myself.

Ugh, my anger is the worst because it comes unexpectedly. My friends can tell the signs and are okay, but anybody else just thinks I'm crying for some other reason and pesters me about what's wrong which just makes it worse. I can usually control myself, but with my friend's it's harder because, I don't know, even though it's only the tiniest things that set me off I feel like if it's my friends it's more important. Or something like that, I can't really explain it well.

I tend to take out my anger on walls, so that if I get hurt(and I have) I have no one to blame for my hissy fits but myself. I'd have to be either drunk or REALLY angry to actually hit another person, and I've only done it two guilt-ridden times. crying
Usually when I feel myself getting angry, I simply allow myslef to feel the anger, and then let it go. But if I'm still angry after, then the nearest wall or tree is about to get some abuse.
