Chiyoda, one of the 23 wards of Tokyo. Placed nearly dead center in Tokyo, Chiyoda is home to both the head of government, and the famous Akihabara. The recently assaulted Diet Building and Imperial Palace are both in the area, taking up a large portion of the ward, but Akihabara is the center of otaku culture and sells the newest and greatest electronics, making it one of the most visited areas in Tokyo. Conversely, there are very few homes in the area, meaning that most of the people who come to Chiyoda are merely visitors to the area.
Currently the area has seen a drastic rise in the number of gangs and strange incidents. Though many different groups appear, this one is currently under the control of the ___ gang and their leader ___.
