I haven't played a lot of BoF 1 or 2 to hear their soundtracks. Blame my first console I had money to buy being the PS1 for that. That said; I LOVE the music of Breath of Fire 3 the most. Maybe it's cause that's the one I ended up playing the most multiple times, but it was all just so atmospheric. Makes it almost a crime that I don't have a decent pair of earphones to listen to the music on my PSP while I play. stressed

Makes it almost a crime that I don't have a decent pair of earphones to listen to the music on my PSP while I play. stressed Can't blame you on that because after I played IV(Yep my first BOF is IV then the I, II III and DQ) Then I went on internet to listen to a tryout music of BOF III and see how it sounds.A mind came to me that time was...OMG I really like the music,I GOTTA get the game BADLY!!! xD But anyway,after I finished all of the BOf,I still can't help but continue to play them all over and over again ahaha xd

Breath of Fire III has one of my favorite game soundtracks, ever. I was 8 or 9 years old when I first played it, and I practiced to sing along with "Pure Again" because I just loved the melody so much. I didn't even understand Japanese at that point yet.
Some of the tracks still make me cry because I associate them so strongly with certain parts of the game's story.
BoF IV, while good as well, only had like.. two tracks that drew the same kind of response out of me.
