At first glance, this planet looks ready to bite the cosmic dust.

A large planet the size of Jupiter, the view of the surface of the planet is obstructed by a thick, black haze. This haze is highly poisonous to all organic life, but its composition is unknown. But protruding from the haze are ten gigantic rock towers that branch off like trees. Their thickness is visible even from space! Those branches then become smaller branches and so on the closer you get. Despite all these branches, none of them connect to one another naturally, making flying the only way of traveling from one tower to another.

However they all have large plots of land at the end of the several thousands of branches. It is on there that life thrives. Plants grow, animals roam, and even rivers flow that provide a unique waterfall look as one river empties onto a plot of land several stories below. Its current inhabitants, the Aves, have even made floating islands as a way to create temporary land until they connect these islands with the natural stone. Although this may connect a few towers, flying is still vastly preferred.

Speaking of below, the planet's surface beyond the haze is seemingly Hell in reality. A barren, molten wasteland that is filled with volcanic activity and large mountains. The base of the rock towers are found here, where they are at their thickest and most strongest. It is here the beings known as the Fornax live, quite happily actually. Having carved out mines in several mountains, they also oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the stone towers, even slowly turning the bases into metal.

This planet also contains a special rock known only to those that live here: Melodones. A unique mineral that absorbs sound from its environment and converts it into usable energy. These rocks tend to collect more power with more complex sounds, with actual songs being the best way of filling these stones with energy. It is stable on its own, but one should still take caution as the energy radiates from these stones. The energy may be harmless to some, but exposed Melodones has altered a lot of the life on the planet. Some results were the Aves' rapid evolution and the creation of the Fornaxes. In fact, they even think they might have something to do with the black haze over the planet.
