The enviormently friendly city with an emphisas on coffee. Welcome to Oregon. The only people who live around here is are small 'family groups' that work together to live. Zombies roam freely and your under constant attack. But theres great amount of food and clothing here. Try if you want.

BLINK Blink wandered around Portland, constantly wondering if Four was okay. I shouldn't have left her... He thought to himself, but she had told him very firmly that he was to stay here in event of an attack, so this is where he would stay. Blink knew that Four blamed him completely for the death of their brother, and it hurt him in places he didn't even know existed each time she ignored him, or sent him away, telling him that he would just slow her down.

The engine of the black Kawasaki Ninja purred as it idled into the city limits of Portland, Oregon. The rumble echoed off the walls of the abandoned buildings, making the bike a dangerous beacon for unwanted ears. Kauru removed the key from the ignition of the bike and pulled off his helmet, shaking his spiked blonde hair. The reverberations of the engine died off, leaving an empty silence to over power the senses. "Adele," Kauru said, looking behind him at the thirteen year old girl sitting behind him on the bike. "Get your-""I know," The girl cut him off before he could finish his sentence, "Get my guns out of the holster before I get off the bike." She said, quoting the well rehearsed saying of every stop. She grabbed her twin Beretta's from her hip holsters and cocked them, ready for anything. She looked around as Kauru put down the kickstand of the bike and got off. "There is a convenient store just down there, Kauru." Adele said pointing her gun down the street.Kauru nodded a reply and grabbed his colt, checking the amount of bullets in the gun. He surveyed the surroundings quickly. It was far to quiet for his likings. This was dangerous. They needed to get in and get out fast. "Alright, lets grab enough food to last us till our next stop and fill the saddle bags. Grab a few new jackets if we can find some and get out. Mainly because I am freezing, which means I know you are."The two of them headed toward the convenient store just down the road. Kauru rolled the bike along next to him, trying to avoid as much of the debris on the ground as he could, which was quite a difficult task. "Adele, if you are worried about being out in the open, head over to the side walk so that we can have the element of surprise in an attack."Adele laughed quietly. "You know that zombies don't get surprised, Kauru. Besides, who would be there to protect your scrawny a** if I got out of range?" She teased. She winked at him, waiting for his roughing. Even though the zombie apocalypse had happened, nobody was around to hear, and she was thirteen, Kauru did not allow her to cuss. But his only comment to the cuss word was a glare. He was worried, Kauru never did like being in the cities. Which was the polar opposite of Adele. The cities made her think of before all of this happened. What did these cities look like? How did they sound? She sighed at all of the things her imagination provided her
with.Once reaching the store, Kauru pushed the door. It was locked. Now came Kauru's number one skill, lock picking. He grabbed his lock pick set out of the saddle bag after rummaging around for about a minute. And in less time than it took him to find the tools, the door was open. "Get in and get out, like usual." He said before slipping in the door, guns held at the ready.Adele walked in behind him, locking the door after she entered. The shelves where sparsely stocked. Only a few items that could keep were left. The first thing Adele went for was the candy section. They never had anything in them, but she always enjoyed checking just in case something had been missed. After a quick once over of the store and three plastic bags of food, they exited the store with no conflict.

Blink spotted the two people through the windows of the adjasent store as they entered the conveinence store. He peered through the glass doors at them, and after some hesitation, he pulled out his pistol, entering after the two.
"Anything interesting in there?" He called out to them, sweeping his pistol in surveillence of the area before entering the building-- Four had taught him how to do that....
"I would think you would be more careful coming into a place like this so noticably," Blink said to them, 'them' turned out to be a boy and a younger girl.

Seth led her cold, hungry sister through the street. He notice another boy and girl couple in a building with another boy, so he led her there.
